Read this before you buy, not after. You can pay by card, through Stripe, or in digital currency (USDT, USDC or Bitcoin), and the two work differently. A card payment goes through your bank. A settled digital currency payment cannot be reversed by you, by us, or by anyone else: there is no bank in the middle and no dispute process to fall back on.
Credits, paid for in advance, spent when you generate something. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and do not expire.
A top-up is one payment, and we never take another unless you buy again. A monthly plan paid by card is one payment each month until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next payment. The month you already paid for is not refunded, and its credits stay yours.
We do not offer money refunds on credit purchases.
There is no automated refund, no partial refund and no refund button. The one exception the law gives you is in section 7.
If something has genuinely gone wrong, email [email protected]. We may choose to make it right, and where we do it is usually by adding credits to your account, which we can do immediately. A card payment we agree to refund goes back to the card it came from. A return of digital currency is possible but it is a manual transfer done by one person at their discretion, it is not something you can require, and the amount returned would be the amount of the currency received, not its value in any currency on any particular day.
Credits come back to your balance by themselves in these cases:
We would rather tell you these plainly than have you find out.
If you think a particular generation should be refunded, tell us within 30 days of it. After 30 days we do not refund against it.
USDT and USDC. A top up credits what arrives, so sending a little more or a little less than the amount shown is fine: you get credits for the amount that reached us. To be matched to your order by itself, send the exact amount shown, or save the wallet you pay from before you send. A payment we cannot match to one order with certainty is held, not lost: a person checks it and credits the right account. Send only a coin and a network the checkout lists.
Bitcoin. Bitcoin payments fail in specific ways. Here is what happens.
In every one of these cases, email [email protected] with the invoice reference. Nothing here is designed to keep your money, but none of it is automatic, so we need to hear from you.
Cards. If a card payment fails, nothing is charged and no credits are added. If you were charged and see no credits, email us with the receipt Stripe sent you.
Consumer law where you live may give you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and get your money back.
We are not going to pretend that right does not exist, and we are not currently asking you to waive it at checkout. If you are in the EU or the UK, you bought credits within the last 14 days, and you have not spent any of them, email us and we will settle it with you. A card payment is refunded to the card. A digital currency payment is returned by a manual transfer, which takes days rather than minutes.
Once you have started spending the credits, the digital content has been supplied and the right no longer applies to what you have used.
Card payments. You can dispute a card payment with your bank. If you do, the credits that payment bought are taken back out of your card balance, even if that leaves it below zero, and card payments on your account are paused until the dispute is settled. Email us first: we can usually sort it out faster than a bank.
Digital currency payments have no chargeback. There is no issuer and no bank, so a settled payment only moves one way.
If we close your account because you broke the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, unspent credits are not automatically refunded and we reserve the right to keep them.
If we close your account for any other reason, or we stop offering the Service, email us about your unspent balance and we will deal with it fairly.
